I've been lusting after a Daniel Wellington watch ever since they began appearing on the wrists of some of my favourite bloggers.

Leather straps and gold detailing can do no wrong in my book, so this watch barely leaves my wrist. It has a bit of a 'grandad' feel to it - which I love - and is pretty timeless and understated compared to the blinged out Michael Kors/Marc Jacobs pieces everyone seems to have nowadays.

If I could afford it, I would reach for the expensive luxe options as often as I could. The Daniel Wellington watches are beautiful, and come in to die for leather boxes, and I do think it's those extra touches that make a purchase seriously special, but at around £140 a pop, I'll definitely be sticking with my £30 Sekonda dupe for now.
