All the best bits from Next's Spring 2016 press day - condensed into one quick read!

Fashion-wise, there was lots of soft structure in khaki and burnt shades, borrowing the boho trend from AW15 and mixing it with a strong thread of sports luxe. Very nice. Shoes were a bit of a highlight for me - think 60's platforms, retro sandals and a little pair of snakeskin chelsea boots I'd happily sell my Grandma for.

Okay, don't tell her that she'll kill me.

The unstructured camel trench is now firmly on my hit-list - and I also have my eye on a little nautical shirt that would be a treat worn oversized.

LOVE a keyring, and these two are foolproof.

The undies definitely deserve a shout out. Things are feeling fresher, cleaner (and dare I say younger?) - the triangle bra and sheer body were stand outs for me.

Now PLEASE can I borrow a child to dress in this adorbs babygrow? And as for the girls suede jacket, does that come in a size 12?

There was a ton of home bits and bobs I had my eye on, too. Lots of great lighting and nordic inspired pieces. Love.

(Argh need the bulldog lamp.)

Big thanks to Next for inviting me down - the fresh flower arranging and beauty treatments were such a treat.

Oh, and their new iPad App deserves a big shout out. It exactly mimics flicking through their directory - now there's a childhood memory!

Thoughts on what's coming up from Next?
